The Retina Care Center Guest Policy

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to limit the number of people inside our office, we are limiting GUESTS that can accompany the patient into the office.

Currently, we allow patient’s guest to accompany the patient if the:

  • Patient is a minor
  • Patient needs physical assistance for the exam (our staff are trained to assist those with walkers and wheelchairs)
  • Patient needs a translator
  • Patient has cognitive disability (memory loss or dementia)

If you believe one of these criteria applies, please let the Patient Service Representative (PSR) know when the patient is checking in.

If you would like to speak to the doctor, let our staff know and the doctor can call you on your mobile phone, or come speak to you after the exam.

We expect for EVERYONE to wear a medical mask to be worn inside the office at all times covering the mouth and nose at all times. We will provide a medical mask if you don’t have one.

Hand sanitizer is readily available upon request.

Thank you for your cooperation.
